Coastal Foraging on the shore line at low tide for delicious edibles is one of our favourite things to do. Exploring rock pools and tide pools searching for Crabs, Lobster, Clams and other sea life is not only fascinating but is a great way to get some fresh air and enjoy the outdoors. Then after collecting what we needed for a meal I explain how to prepare them safely.
