Who can take Homemade Protein Powder? ✅ Healthy Adults (18–60 years) 25–30 grams (2 tablespoons) per day Can be taken as a morning breakfast or evening snack. ✅ Those taking for Weight Loss • 25–30 grams (2 tablespoons) • It is better to take it with water or low-fat milk. • Portion control + exercise is also necessary. ✅ Those who do workouts • 30–40 grams (2–3 tablespoons) • Taking it after a workout helps in muscle recovery. ✅ Teenagers (13–18 years) • 15–25 grams (1–2 tablespoons) • Can be taken as part of a balanced diet. ✅ Children (5–12 years) • 10–15 grams (1 tablespoon) • Should be given only as directed by a doctor or as part of a balanced diet. ✅ Elderly (60+ years) • 10–15 grams (1 tablespoon) • Can be taken with warm milk or water for easy digestion. ✅ Those with Thyroid • This powder can be taken normally. • At least 1–2 hours gap should be given after taking Thyroid medicine. • 25–30 grams is enough. ⚠️ Those with Kidney Problems Protein intake may need to be restricted.
