👉 Violence erupted in a quiet alleyway when a 65-year-old man attacked his 23-year-old neighbor after an argument over a parked car. The young man had explained that the car wasn't working and asked for two days to move it, but the next day he was stabbed in the back. When the young man tried to defend himself, his father went outside to confront the attacker, who then fired a .22 caliber weapon from inside his house, fatally wounding him in the neck. Milena Barbosa, daughter of the victim, Abel Barbosa, recounted how she learned of the attack: "My friend called me and told me my dad was hurt; then my brother confirmed he'd been shot." According to Milena, there had never been any previous problems with the attacker: "They were reclusive people, but we never imagined he was armed." The situation escalated quickly: "The man told him, 'You'll see what's going to happen to your car,' came out with a knife, and ended up attacking my brother."
