【うどんちゅ の むいびえん】 JR埼京線の十条駅から徒歩約13分、都営地下鉄三田線の板橋本町駅から徒歩約14分。 住宅街の一角に佇む50年以上の歴史を誇る街中華。 どれもデカ盛り。 お店の外にサービスメニューや定食メニューがあり、かなりのお得感。 出てきてビックリ！ 注文したのは普通の炒飯の大盛り。 出てきたのは、チャーシュー山盛りのチャーハン。 思わず、メニューを見直しました！ パラパラ系ですが、ラードがしっかりと行き渡り、全体的にシットリと水分を保っています。 塩コショウ味のシンプルな味。 チャーシューは、醤油ダレの下味が付いていて、食感も味もアクセント。 しっかりと煮込んでいるのか、口の中でホロホロとほぐれます。 メチャクチャお得。 A定食は、玉子炒飯と餃子3つのセットで、餃子もしっかりと食べたかったので、定食ではなく、個別に注文。 それでも、餃子は店内サービス品として、50円お得！ 色々と、サービスでお得。 餃子は、野菜たっぷりで肉も入っているタイプ。 下味も付いていて、タレなしでもジューシーで美味しい！ スープは、木製のお椀のようなもので登場！ とにかく熱くて、猫舌の自分は、最後にゆっくりといただきました。 スプーンは浅めで、チャーハンを食べるには、かなり使い勝手の良いタイプでした。そのまま、スープをすくおうとすると、浅くって、なかなかスープが溜まらない！ww ラーメン類もいただいてみたいですが、五目炒飯やお好み焼風炒飯というのもいただいてみたいですね。 店名：チャイナハウス　天龍 住所：東京都北区上十条 [Udonchu no Yummy/Muy Bien!] About a 13-minute walk from Jujo Station on the JR Saikyo Line, and about a 14-minute walk from Itabashi-Honcho Station on the Toei Mita Subway Line. A neighborhood Chinese restaurant with over 50 years of history, nestled in a residential area. Every dish comes in a huge portion. There are special offer and set meal menus posted outside the restaurant, making them feel like a real bargain. I was shocked when it arrived! I ordered a large portion of regular fried rice. What came out was a mountain of fried rice piled high with char siu. I couldn’t help but double-check the menu! It’s the fluffy, loose-grained type, but the lard is evenly distributed, keeping the rice moist and tender throughout. The flavor is simple—just salt and pepper. The char siu is marinated in soy sauce, adding a nice accent to both the texture and taste. It must have been simmered thoroughly, as it falls apart tenderly in your mouth. It’s an absolute steal. Set Meal A is a combo of egg fried rice and three gyoza, but since I really wanted to eat plenty of gyoza, I ordered them separately instead of the set. Even so, the gyoza came as a complimentary item, saving me 50 yen! There are all sorts of perks and great deals. The gyoza are packed with vegetables and contain meat. They’re pre-seasoned, so they’re juicy and delicious even without dipping sauce! The soup arrived in a bowl that looked like it was made of wood! It was incredibly hot, so as someone who can’t handle hot food, I saved it for last and ate it slowly. The spoon was fairly shallow, which made it really convenient for eating fried rice. But when I tried to scoop up the soup with it, it was so shallow that I couldn’t get much soup in it! lol I’d like to try their ramen dishes, but I’m also curious about the mixed vegetable fried rice and the okonomiyaki-style fried rice.
