【うどんちゅ の むいびえん】 JR東日本の山手線など、東京メトロ銀座線、都営地下鉄浅草線の銀座駅から徒歩約7分、都営地下鉄大江戸線、ゆりかもめの汐留駅から徒歩約8分。 国道15号の第一京浜沿いの赤い看板が目印の街中華。 店内は、喫茶店のような内装。 チャーハン大盛りは、安くて、美味くて、バリ旨！ 少しパリパリ系。 具は、玉子、ネギ、チャーシュー、グリーンピース。 綺麗に丸く盛られたチャーハン。 大きな中華オタマ2杯分。 塩加減が抜群。 ラードの量も多すぎず、少なすぎずで、イイ感じにご飯をコーティング。 中華スープも旨し！ 透明感のある琥珀色。 飲むのが止まらなくなる感じ。 ラーメンも美味しいのが想像できます。 タンメンも食べたい感じ。 餃子は、肉多めで餡がたっぷり。 ジューシーで、下味も付いています。 きれいなヒダで包まれていて、蒸し焼きの仕方も見事！ なんだか、サービスメニューのレバニラ定食が人気みたい。 量も多くって、提供も速い！ 是非とも、食べてみたいですね。 ちなみに、都内には、菊凰という屋号のお店が複数あり、系列店だったそうな。 でも、読み方が違ったり、だんだんと閉店していたりして、経緯が良く分からないようです。 店名：中華料理　菊凰 住所：東京都港区新橋 [Udonchu no Yummy/Muy Bien!] About a 7-minute walk from Ginza Station on the JR East Yamanote Line, Tokyo Metro Ginza Line, and Toei Asakusa Line; about an 8-minute walk from Shiodome Station on the Toei Oedo Line and Yurikamome Line. The large portion of fried rice is cheap, delicious, and absolutely amazing! It has a slightly crispy texture. The ingredients include egg, green onions, char siu, and green peas. The fried rice is beautifully served in a neat, round mound. It’s the equivalent of two scoops from a large Chinese ladle. The saltiness is spot-on. The amount of lard is just right—not too much, not too little—coating the rice perfectly. The Chinese soup is delicious too! It has a clear, amber color. It’s the kind of soup you just can’t stop drinking. I can imagine their ramen is delicious as well. I’m also in the mood for their tanmen. The gyoza are packed with meat and have a generous filling. They’re juicy and already seasoned. Wrapped in beautiful pleats, the pan-frying technique is superb! For some reason, the special menu item—the liver and garlic chive set meal—seems to be popular. The portions are generous, and the service is fast! I definitely want to try it. By the way, there are several restaurants in Tokyo with the name “Kikuo,” and apparently they used to be part of the same chain. However, the readings differ, and some have gradually closed down, so the exact history is unclear.
