AC Joint Separation Recovery. Long-term progress update

4 months ago I crashed on my mountain bike and separated my acromioclavicular ligaments (AC joint) as well as the coracoclavicular ligament. In this video I'll discuss my treatment plan and my personal experience throughout the recovery process. Every injury is different and your plan may be quite different based on the severity of your injuries. I talk about my pain, physical therapy treatment and timeline to get back to what I love doing...riding (and occasionally crashing) mountain bikes!
