My temporary work trip in Kutchan Town is coming to an end in just one week, and on my last day off, I went to Hangetsuko Lake at the foot of Mount Yotei. Surrounded by primeval forest, the lake is a habitat for wild birds and offers stunning scenery throughout the seasons. And before leaving, I wanted to visit "Chugoku Chubo Guanghua" one last time; their sweet and sour pork with black vinegar was amazing!
