This time, I visited a popular, long-established kamaboko (fish cake) shop and a restaurant specializing in delicious grilled fish set meals in Iwanai Town, Hokkaido. Yoshida Kamaboko, a local favorite, offers sweet and fragrant kamaboko that often sells out quickly. The restaurant, North Latitude 43 Degrees, also has a long line, and their most popular "Amazing Set Meal" sold out in no time. However, their other set meals were also incredibly delicious, and I was soothed by the sea and shrines of Iwanai.
