This jam is made largely following the Ferber method, which involves several steps, but the advantage in terms of color and flavor is exceptional. 🔸️Ingredients: 1kg blackberries 300-400g sugar Lemon juice 🔸️Preparation: 1. Quickly rinse the blackberries, then drain and cut them in half. Place the blackberries in a bowl, add the sugar and lemon juice, stir, and let steep for a couple of hours, or until the sugar has dissolved. 2. After a couple of hours, transfer everything to a saucepan and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat. 3. Let cool, then refrigerate for 12 hours. 4. After 12 hours, separate the juice from the fruit, pour it into a wide-bottomed saucepan, and bring to a boil. It should reduce, which will take about 10 minutes. 5. Then, add the blackberries and bring back to a boil. Cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until thickened. 6.
