WORST Nehalem Bay bar re-entry yet! SAFETY Conversation.

Tom and I went out 6/22/26 to troll for Coho as the weather and waves were supposed to be good. We got out to 200 feet and it was 6' rollers with 15 mph wind. We attempted to troll to no avail so we headed back in. Got to the bar and there were 6-8' breakers all the way across and well out into the ocean. We found our path and got back through to the bay safely. DO NOT TRY THIS IN THESE CONDITIONS, ESPECIALLY IN A FULL SIZE BOAT.
