30 Min Miracle Workout | Fluid Functional Strength + Joint Mobility

Join me for a 30 Minute Miracle Workout — a fun, effective, full-body functional strength class using one kettlebell and two very light dumbbells. This class blends circular mobility, joint-friendly movement, kettlebell strength, light-weight conditioning, and yoga-based flow so your body feels stronger, more connected, more fluid, and fully awake. Low Impact. We start with a fluid warm-up for the joints using arm swings, twists, circles, reaches, and integrated movement patterns. Then we move into a creative functional strength sequence with kettlebell passes, lunges, curtsy lunges, biceps curls to halos, deadlifts, kickstand deadlifts, half snatches, snatches with a diagonal catch, swings, around-the-world variations, rows, cross-body reaches, and lunge-twist combinations. This workout is designed to feel athletic, intelligent, and fun — building strength, coordination, mobility, balance, joint integrity, core stability, and full-body control without feeling repetitive or boring. For this class I use: 1 kettlebell — 16 lbs 2 light dumbbells — 5 lbs each Choose weights that feel good in your body. You can go lighter, use one dumbbell instead of a kettlebell, or practice the movements with no weight until the patterns feel clear. We finish with lighter rows, warrior 3 work, plough, and a short Savasana so you leave feeling strong, open, and reset.
