HD Recommended ______________________ SONG:    • Matthew and the Atlas - Counting Paths   I’ve actually edit this song about a year ago for Sam and Dean Winchester, but I adore this song so much and I feel it fits Guts and Griffith as well. This has been an idea in my head for quite some time. These poor misunderstood dummies lol. I really wanted to focus on both their ideas of what it is to be equal to one another. Griffith having the idea that Guts dream was to be a great swordsman, and for that he already seen Guts as a true friend. Guts feeling like he didn’t have a dream, and wanted to find one to feel equal to Griffith. I find that the most heartbreaking in there friendship, and so frustrating. Just a BIG misunderstanding that lead to there doom. Even tho with how everything ended up, there was such a deep platonic connection to these two. That I feel the betrayal was so intense.
