It became a little personal for me. I really wanted to show Guts in his more raw moments, and kind of move towards the guilt he probably has leaving the Hawks, and what lead up to it. I feel this song was so perfect for that. I was planning on making this version around the time I did Griffith’s, but never did get around to it. I’m glad I waited a bit, I think my editing improved a lot more in the last three years.
