The Record Store & Black Music: England's Tastemakers Documentary

Produced by Simon Phillips, this documentary features Jazzie B, Trevor Nelson MBE, Marcia Carr, Claudia Wilson, Ammo Talwar MBE, DJ SS, DJ Rap, DJ Spoony, Wookie, Jeff Smith, Simon Dunmore and Carol Leeming MBE as they take a trip down memory lane and shine a spotlight on England’s independent record stores that specialised in Black music. Documenting the importance of these record shops through the decades, across history and culture.
