Fengtian Village in Shoufeng Township, Hualien County is a Japanese immigrant village established in 1912 during the Taisho era. The original site of Bilian Temple was the Fengtian Shrine, which still preserves Komainu, stone lanterns and torii ruins. The Shoufeng Township Museum of Literature and History was originally the police station building of the then Fengtian Immigrant Village. There are still many old photos from the Toyota Immigrant Village era on the wall near Fengli Elementary School. There is Toyota train station nearby. The Torii gate of Toyota Shrine is about 1 km away on foot from Toyota Train Station.
