Vanlife Heat Wave Changes How To Store Food

During this heat wave, I discovered something about storing my food that I hadn’t thought about before. Even with my MaxxAir fan running and a cross breeze through the van, the upper cupboards were getting much hotter than the rest of the van. After finding some food had spoiled, I decided it was time to move items like oils, sauces, dressings and other heat-sensitive products to a cooler location until the temperatures drop.
