SRS Caddy gets a new 2.0 TDI CUAA Engine! 356BHP & 470LBS/FT!!! 4Motion / DSG

The previous 386bhp spec of this Caddy turned out to be a little too savage. Chasing figures we pushed the setup further than we would for a regular customer which unfortunately resulted in failure. Rather than duplicate the same spec with the same engine, we decided to use this opportunity to test the capacities of the 240bhp 2.0 BITDI CUAA engine found in the Passat and Tiguan. We ditched the stock turbos and piezo fuel system but used the unmodified engine as the base for the build. Installing our GTD2872VK turbo kit, Stage 2 Solenoid injectors and CP3 fuel pump we manage to get a safe 356bhp & 470ft/lbs, which just goes to show how well the stock CUAA head flows in comparison to other MK6/MK7 2.0 TDIs usually limited to less than 280bhp!
