Lemon curd - Krema od limuna 🍋 100 g kristal šećera 1 naribana korica većeg kimuna izmješati šećer i limunovu koricu kako bi korica otpustila ulja i aromatizirala šećer. 3 žumanjka 2 cijela jaja Cijeđeni sok 1 limuna + 60 g maslaca ohladjenog i narezanig na kockice Prstohvat soli Postupak: Pjenjačom ili mikserom izmješajte žumanjke i jaja sa aromatiziranim šećerom da blago zapjene, dodajte limunov sok i sve stavite na laganu vatru. Kuhajte kremu uz stalno mješanje dok se ne zgusne. Ne smije se zgrušati - mora ostati svilenkasta i glatka… dodajte prstohvat soli i hladan maslac. Sve sjedinite. Ohladite. Kremu možete držati do 2 tj u hladnjaku - a može se i zamrznuti.
