Honda Monkey 125 | Forest Roads & Thunderstorms 🌲⛈️

Today's plan was simple. Find a few quiet mountain roads. Maybe a forest. Definitely no thunderstorms. Well... about that. 😅 I leave Pedescala behind and start climbing the beautiful Costo di Castelletto, one of those roads that immediately reminds you why tiny motorcycles can be so much fun. The higher I go, the quieter everything becomes. After a short stop at Rifugio Campolongo, it's finally time for my favorite part of the day. A narrow white road disappears into the forest. No traffic. No people. Just tall pine trees, endless curves, and my little Monkey happily bouncing from one corner to the next. For a while... it feels like we've accidentally ridden into another world. Then the mountains decide the adventure isn't exciting enough. Dark clouds appear over Monte Verena. Thunder starts rolling through the valley. I suddenly realize I packed almost everything... except anything useful for the rain. 😅 Time for a tactical retreat. Back toward the sunshine. Well... almost. Because somewhere along the way I meet what is probably the least impressed cow in all of Asiago. She stands right in the middle of the road, staring at me like I've personally ruined her afternoon. 🐄😂 Luckily she eventually lets us pass... although I'm still not convinced she approved. The ride continues through Rotzo, Treschè Conca and the endless hairpins of the legendary Costo di Asiago, before ending exactly where every good ride should: with a drink at Osteria Barricatella, surrounded by familiar faces and stories from the road. 🌍 ABOUT THIS VIDEO A ride through the Asiago Plateau, following scenic mountain roads from Pedescala to Monte Verena before disappearing into peaceful forest trails.
