Käsespätzle schnell und einfach

Käsespätzle is a traditionell german type of pasta, served with lots of cheese and caramelised onions. Absolutely delicious! Recipe for 2 people: - 200 g wheat flour - 2 eggs (medium size) - 2g salt - 70-80 ml cold water - some nutmeg - approx. 25 g butter - 2 onions - Pepper from the mill, salt - 50 g mountain cheese - 50 g Edammer (alternatively Gouda, Emmental, etc.) - 1/2 bunch of chives - 1-2 tbsp fried onions Have fun cooking!
