How did I lose weight by changing my weekly shopping? In this video, I break down healthy eating and my entire shopping cart for a systematic weight loss, group by group. Believe it or not, my weight loss didn't start with weird diets. It started with healthy shopping and making the right choices. You can see the before and after photos at the beginning of the video. I was supposed to explain in the store, but it was so busy that I came home, laid everything out on the table and said what I was buying and why. ⚠️ We're not making any judgments here. Every choice has its own consequences, I'm just telling you my experience. My Complete Healthy Shopping Checklist 👇 💪 Protein (Top Priority!) Chicken (breast or thigh), eggs, fish, lean red meat, Greek yogurt or cottage cheese, lentils, and chickpeas 🌈 Vegetables and fruits — one of each color Green (spinach, broccoli), red and orange (bell peppers, carrots, tomatoes), purple (purple cabbage, eggplant) — fresh or frozen 🌾 Complete carbs Brown rice, oatmeal, whole wheat bread, quinoa, sweet potatoes.
