It’s Not Getting Hot in Here – Replacing Jeep TJ Thermostat and Housing
The TJ’s temperature gauge stopped getting up to full operating temperature. All symptoms point to a failed or malfunctioning thermostat. This video shows how to replace the thermostat, throw on a new housing, check to see if your coolant temperature sensor is functioning properly, get the air out of the system after you fill it up, and a few surprises and issues along the way.
