Shot with the Insta360 X5 and iPhone 15 Pro Max. Edited entirely on my phone using the Insta360 app and CapCut Pro. 🌲 Cutler Bold Coast Mini Adventure – Day 1 | Maine’s Bold Coast 🌊. After a quick preview, this episode kicks off with a late-night drive to the Cutler Coast Trailhead, where things got intense fast—I nearly hit a moose standing in the middle of the road, completely unfazed by my headlights. I pulled into the lot, realized I’d forgotten my hammock straps, and crashed for the night. The next morning, I hit the trail around 5:30 AM, a bit later than planned but still greeted by Maine’s rugged beauty. The coastline was unreal—crashing waves, sheer cliffs, and that wild coastal energy that makes this section of Maine so special. Along the way, I ran into another backpacker who mentioned spotting my hammock straps back on the trail. Sure enough, I found them hanging at Long Point Cove, where I set up one of the most epic hammock hangs I’ve had yet! After setting up camp, I explored the cut-through trail that splits the loop before heading back to boil some water and enjoy dinner swinging in the hammock and overlooking the ocean. As the sun fell, I captured some gorgeous timelapses and tested out the star lapse mode on the new 360 camera. This was my first adventure with the Insta360 and while the editing process is a bit overwhelming, the footage quality blew me away. I originally planned to fit both days into one video, but the Cutler Coast delivered so much breathtaking footage that I had to split it into two parts.
