DK Fotinakis Completes Landmark Collision Repair of Suezmax GLORIA MARIS at Skaramangas Shipyards
DK Fotinakis has successfully completed a major repair on the Suezmax tanker GLORIA MARIS, a 160,000-tonne vessel managed by NGM Energy S.A., at Skaramangas Shipyards. This large-scale, highly demanding project, was completed in just 33 days with a dedicated team of 55 experts and involved the complex replacement of the vessel’s bow steel plates, after collision damage. Given the intricacy of the task, the project required advanced technical expertise and precision engineering to ensure the vessel’s structural integrity and optimal performance.
