Abenteuer Schleuse Steinhavel

The Steinhavel and Fürstenberg locks, with their offset entry and exit, are reminiscent of those on the old Finow Canal. Both locks are susceptible to downwind conditions, and maneuvering without a bow thruster can be challenging. For the second year in a row, we've experienced that even experienced boaters don't always succeed at every maneuver. And it's not always our fault. But it's still annoying... (I just changed the original title, "The Evil Lockmaster of...", as it seems to have a significant clickbait effect. I don't like that sort of thing 😉)
