[TECHNICAL ROPE RESCUE] AvonFRS Quad Turnout

Avon Fire and Rescue's Temple Fire station quadruple staggered turnout (all turning out within 7 minutes of each other) responding to a climber in distress in Clifton while bedminster were visiting. Rope rescue crew were mid-drill with rescue pump when the shout came in.
