This intermediate 45-minute twisty ladder vinyasa flow yoga class is a great way to get your heart rate up, build strength, flexibility, focus & stamina! The class begins with a mini warm-up sequence, then, we'll move into a ladder flow sequence, where we'll add a new pose to the sequence each round. The poses in this sequence will focus on twists, which are great for improving spinal flexibility and range of motion and are a great challenge! We end by finding just a few minutes to pause and let go 🩷 . If you have any injuries or modifications, please feel free to modify the poses as needed. Please listen to your body and don't push yourself too hard. If you feel any pain, come out of the pose. And, if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to ask your yoga teacher. .
