STARLIGHT 2.0 - Webinar: Unlocking the power of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights | DRI

Our online webinar launched STARLIGHT 2.0, a programme empowering lawyers and legal staff from NGOs and National Human Rights Institutions to use the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights in strategic litigation. The webinar included: A panel discussion, where legal experts unpacked why the Charter remains underutilised and highlight its potential for strategic litigation to drive systemic change. We brought together leading experts, alongside practitioners with extensive experience in human rights litigation and advocacy. A presentation of STARLIGHT 2.0: explaining the programme’s design, eligibility criteria, scholarships, timelines, and application process. --- Democracy Reporting International (DRI) is a non-governmental, independent organisation analysing democratic developments and advising on constitutional and electoral frameworks quickly and flexibly.
