Prototype Testing Day: Pin Tests and Tiny Lessons That Matter | Startup Vlog WW22 (PA04)

Today was all about pin testing and preparing for the next round of CuKi rack prototype work. I drilled and sanded washers, ordered some smaller TIG filler rod, and continued learning how little time there is between a good weld and a melted mess. What I Learned Today (WILT): • Less than a second can make the difference between success and meltdown • A vise is stronger than my hand (shocking, I know) • Video editing is making me painfully aware of my speaking habits and weight, grrrr. • Batch files are still surprisingly useful in 2026 This Startup Vlog is part of Project Accountability, a commitment to document the process of building Supernova Design Company and bringing the CuKi Rack from prototype to production.
