To eliminate problems in the door itself, check: make sure that the washing machine is tightly closed; check if it has gotten between the door and the body of the washing machine. In my case, the cause of the "de" error was a faulty door lock. The door lock is also called the “hatch locking device” UBL, it is powered by electricity. Electricity is applied to the bimetallic strip, causing it to heat up and bend. When deformed, the plate puts pressure on the lever, which closes the door. The door closing sensor is triggered, so the hatch will be closed while the wash is in progress. The procedure for replacing the washing machine lock (UBL): Disconnect the washing machine from the network, after draining the water through the emergency drain or drain hose; Open the washing machine door. If the hatch is locked in the closed position, tilt the washing machine on its side and feel for the lock through the bottom and open the latch; To remove the sealing rubber of the hatch, bend its edge. There is a clamp underneath it. It can be made of plastic - in this case, release the latches and remove it. But if the clamp is metal, then pry it with a flat screwdriver and remove it; Tuck the cuff inside the drum; Unscrew the two bolts securing the lock to the washing machine body; Remove the lock from the washing machine body with the protective cover; Disconnect the electrical wires from the lock. To check the lock you will need a tester. The lock has three contacts. Set the tester to resistance measurement mode; Connect the probes to the neutral and phase contacts. If a three-digit number is displayed on the tester, the lock is working; Move the probes to the neutral and common contacts. The tester should show 0 or 1. In this case, the lock is working. To disassemble the lock, you need to disconnect the latches. The bimetallic plates on my lock were burnt and fell off the lock body. Their fixation can be with a screw or plastic. You can fix them again with a soldering iron or a screw, but the plates are very burnt, so I will replace it with a new one.
