Super Tasty Jackfruit Seed And Drumstick Mango Curry - Raw Mango Curry

Ingredients Jackfruit seed - 9 to 10 nos Mango - 1 nos Drum stick - 2 nos Shallots - 10 to 12 nos Garlic - 5 to 6 nos Curry leaves - 3 to 4 sprigs Grated coconut - 1 cup Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Cumin seed - 1 tsp Dry red chilli - 3 to 4 nos Mustard seed - 1 tsp Salt - 1 or 2 tsp Method First, we have to peel the jackfruit seed and set it aside. Then peel the mango and set it aside. Then  peeled the drumstick and set it aside. Then wash the jackfruit seed, mango pieces,shallots and drum stick. Then cut the jackfruit seed into small pieces and set it aside. Then cut the peeled mango into small pieces and keep them aside. Then chop the shallots and keep them aside. Heat a pan,add drumstick pieces, jackfruit seed and green chilli. Then add cut pieces of mango and chopped shallots. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt. Pour some water on them and mix them well. Add some curry leaves and stir them well. Cover them and cook them well. Grind the grated coconut, shallots,garlic and cumin seed into a coarse paste. Remove the lid and add the coarsely grated coconut mix. Combine them and cook them well. Remove from the fire and set aside. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seed. Add dry red chillies and shallots. Saute them well, then add curry leaves and fry them well. Remove from the fire and pour the fried ingredients into the curry pan. Combine them well. Serve the tasty jackfruit seed mango drumstick curry with meals.
