This Bluetooth speaker was built by combining a dedicated Bluetooth audio receiver with a compact Class-D power amplifier to create a portable, high-efficiency sound system. At the heart of the design is the CA6928 Bluetooth module, which handles all wireless connectivity. It receives the audio signal from a phone or other device via Bluetooth, converts it to an analog audio output, and supplies a clean left- and right-channel signal suitable for amplification. To drive the speakers, the build uses a TPA3110 amplifier board—a popular 2 × 30 W Class-D amplifier chip known for its high efficiency and low heat output. The analog audio output from the CA6928 module is fed directly into the TPA3110’s input stage, where it is amplified to a level powerful enough to drive small bookshelf-size speakers. Because the TPA3110 works efficiently over a wide DC supply range (typically 12–24 V), it can be powered by common battery packs or a simple DC adapter, making it ideal for portable speaker projects.
