Rugged Hiking in Sleeping Giant Provincial Park along Lake Superior - Part 2

Find out how to prepare for the grueling hike up the Sleeping Giant peak taking the Kabeyun Trail. We provide an overview of our experience and what we would do differently to prepare for this hike. The distance travelled by bike was about 20 km and by foot was another 6 to the peak. We also explored Silver Islet and kayaked around Marie Louise Lake.
