I'll rest when everything is done
There was a time when "I'll rest when everything is done" sounded completely reasonable to me. The problem is… it's never done. There is always another load of laundry, another email, another meal to cook, another appointment, another responsibility. And if rest depends on reaching the end of that list, it never actually comes. In this video I'm sharing why that mindset kept me exhausted for years and why I'm trying to replace it with something much healthier.
