I used to be proud of pushing through.
For years, I thought pushing through was something to be proud of. Working when I was exhausted. Working when I was overwhelmed. Working when I was sick. I thought it meant I was resilient. Looking back, I wonder if I was simply getting better and better at ignoring what my body was trying to tell me. In this video, I'm reflecting on why productivity became part of my identity, why resting felt so uncomfortable, and how that mindset slowly led me to a place where I couldn't push through anymore. If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to hear your experience in the comments. Music from #Uppbeat (free for Creators!): https://uppbeat.io/t/brock-hewitt-sto... License code: FTDDQVUG0AIXPRAV
