【ESP32】1996年製のデジタルホンの携帯電話を現代に復活させる
This project revives a digital phone, whose service ended in 1999, using Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32, 30 years later in the Reiwa era. We'll be using a non-working DP192 mobile phone manufactured by Denso, which won the Good Design Award in 1996. This is the latest in the "Corporate Slave Patrol Lamp" series. I like the stylish touch of using "phone" instead of "digital phone." Let's Tokyo Digital Horn. The 1.3-inch OLED display and passive buzzer were sourced separately. ■What is a Corporate Slave Patrol Lamp?■ It's a device that wakes you up in the middle of the night by sounding a patrol lamp and buzzer when it receives an email containing a specified keyword at a designated email address. The uploader uses it to detect system failures. It checks for emails at a specific email address every 5 minutes. If there's a new email, the OLED screen (and patrol lamp) and buzzer will sound for 3 minutes. This time, it was difficult to tell if the corporate slave digital phone was working, so I added an LED light and now it displays "Checking emails" on the screen for 2 seconds while checking emails. ■Program is publicly available The program is publicly available on GitHub. Even just following is welcome. The repository name is Release_CorporateSlaveDigitalPhoneDP192 https://github.com/punitaka?tab=repos... The mobile phones and parts used are listed here. ■ Digital Phone DP192 1996 GOOD DESIGN AWARD https://www.g-mark.org/en/gallery/win... ■ 1.3-inch OLED Module Witte Kleur 128X64 OLED LCD LED https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/100500... ■ Active Buzzer Sensor Alarm Module https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/100500... ■ Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32C3 Beginner's Guide https://wiki.seeedstudio.com/ja/XIAO_... ■USB Type-C Male Connector https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/100501... ■USB Type-C Female Connector https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/100500... ■Example of prompts for creating a sample program for an OLED display, instructed to the generation AI manus. I wrote "half-width hash " because it would be mistaken for a video tag. When instructing the generation AI, please replace "half-width hash " with a half-width hash character. The generation AI manus is truly invaluable for creating the initial version of this kind of development. I think the paid version is worth it. https://manus.im/app --- Please create a sample program using OLED with ESP32. The programming language used will be Arduino. The ESP32 module used will be this one: https://wiki.seeedstudio.com/ja/XIAO_... The OLED joule used will be this one: https://ja.aliexpress.com/item/100500... Wiring is already completed. The OLED joule is connected using the 5V of the ESP32. The GND of the ESP32 is connected to the OLED joule. The SDA of the ESP32 is connected to the OLED joule. The SCL of the ESP32 is connected to the OLED joule. --- ~Today's Menu~ 0:00 Introduction 0:57 1. Digital Phone DP192 2:29 2. Disassembly 5:20 3. OLED Screen and Buzzer 7:07 4.
