Deal History Part 12 is a short video about the Budd family from Coppin Street, Deal, Kent, the film has been narrated and written by Billy Budd himself, and gives a brief account of his families history, with many old pictures of the Deal boatmen and Deal included. History past remembered. Billy has been on the sea all his life and had some hair raising experiences, he also aided in the rescue when the Herald of Free Enterprise capsized, from which he was rewarded with honours.
