This is because, as her lawyer, Fidel Castro, briefly stated, they are waiting for the fulfillment of commitments made that would provide her with some certainty. Prior to appearing before the First Guarantee Court of Santiago, where her detention hearing was held, Rojo was held at the Interpol headquarters located in the Independencia district.
