SENTENCING: Cape Coral Killing Spree Murder Trial — FL v. Wade Wilson

Thirty-year-old Wade Wilson was found guilty of two counts of first-degree murder after he killed 35-year-old Kristine Melton and 43-year-old Diane Ruiz in October 2019. Wilson met Melton at a bar and later choked her to death when they went back to her home. Wilson later stole Melton's car, and then killed Ruiz while she was walking to work. Her body was found in a field less than a week later. Wilson could face the death penalty for these gruesome crimes.
