I get cedar, vetiver and even patchouli in the mix and perhaps a bit pine too. There's some aromatics and spice thrown in plus a bit of mustyness and a little bit of dirtyness but it's very dry much more dry than Vetiver which I relate Cypriol to the most. I get reminders of a very old woody furniture full church or library smell with it. So it's a bit antique smelling. It can also remind me of the oak barrels used at distilleries and wineries even the taste when I drink those spirits and wines comes through the taste to my nose.. Sometimes it's also mistaken for the smell of Oud at least in some Fragrances I get confused with the smell of Cypriol with Oud. It's a dark note. Similar to Papyrus?
