Brewing a Guava Pale Ale - Part 1

Muntons Tap Room I Am Your Guava Pale Ale has been enjoyed by many. I found the spare tin in the stockroom so thought I would get brewing. The kit calls for 1kg of brewing sugar, so I swapped this out for a tin of Oat liquid malt extract which will add extra body and flavour and help bring out the guava and smooth the bitterness.
