It was EVERY game UNTIL A Crack In Time was at 60fps. ACiT Was the last RaC game to do 60fps. -User SonyBoat on Reddit suggested that his armor is simply turned off in the cut scene and that makes WAY more sense than what I said. We see in one of the cut scenes that Ratchet can activate his helmet which explains why only the helmet changes in the upgrades. This also explains how the color changes but we don't see it in cut scenes. -I said I realized there was an order to the games on the second PSP spin off, but it was actually the first one, Size Matters. Minor correction but I want to be 100% right!
