Awareness Through Movement lesson: Painting the Floor with the Soles of Your Feet

In this ATM lesson most work, in a kinetic sense, is in the pelvis, you will do a lot of circling with the feet and legs, all these circles make light movements in the spine between the shoulder blades and the base of the neck, which will soften the chest. A classic example why i am so fascinated by this method ; you make movements with a certain part of the body & you create more space or soften another .... the whole body is interconnected .... what happens in one part effects the rest !
