Awareness Through Movement lesson: Walking on your Back
In this 36 minute fun lesson you will explore parts of walking on your back. For everyone curious to find out more about themselves and the Feldenkrais Method. Always make sure you make the lesson as comfortable as possible for yourself; so wear warm & comfy clothing, find a space where you can move around on the floor without bumping into objects , have a mat or blanket around so it feels nice to be on the floor , take rests/ breaks whenever you like to but most of all listen to yourself in how far you want to go and when you want to rather do the actions in your imagination. If you find it hard to know when enough is enough, check in with your breath!
