Each month, “Lead with Me” will give podcast subscribers an inside look into a manufacturing professional's life story and key moments that made them who they are today. Episode 9 of the podcast highlights Doug Berger, Founder and President of the non-profit, Industry Reimagined 2030, which is on a mission to revitalize U.S. manufacturing at a national level by scaling proven approaches to productivity and competitiveness. He is leading initiatives to broadly expand the deployment of both lean manufacturing and Industry 4.0 smart manufacturing. He has decades of experience as a breakthrough consultant and educator. He is a national speaker and author of popular articles for Industry Week.
