How a terrible coincidence brought down this Aircraft

Less than 2 minutes after departure the aircraft crashed into a field killing al 49 passengers and 11 crew members. The only technical issue found on the aircraft had to do with the Auto Thrust system but that was a fairly minor problem. What caused this aircraft to crash?
