Spatchcock Chicken roasting technique on KADAI Firebowl asado cross
Hi Everyone RECYCLED KADAI These beautiful and functional barbecue fire bowls are handmade from recycled oil drums by family workshops in India. Hand cut metal plates are riveted in the traditional way for strength and durability and feature the same drop handles as the Original Kadais. The High Stand is the perfect height for barbecuing. I used an original technique: Spatchcocked chicken, also called a butterflied chicken on the Asado Cross cooking style. This allows you to cook slowly outdoors on charcoal or regular firewood. Go out and try it! Best Regards Gerard ======================================== Cooking-Time: Approx. 2 hours Cooking-Temperature: Set the Cross when your hand can hold max 2 seconds of the heat.
