Yeast Dough Ingredients: 125 ml milk (1 tea glass) 25 g Butter 1 package Dry Yeast 50 g Sugar (2.5 tablespoons) 1 Egg (Size M) 1 packet of vanilla 275 gr Flour (2 + 1/3 Water glass) Coating Materials: 75 g Butter 40 g Sugar (2 tablespoons) 1 packet of vanilla 1 coffee spoon of Honey 2 tablespoons of Cream 75 gr filet almonds (1 cup) Breakout Ingredients: 200 ml milk (1 water glass) 180 ml Cream 50 g Sugar (2.5 tablespoons) 1 package of Vanilla Flavored Pudding 50 g Butter *** NOTE: I made 2 measures of intermediate cream. The amounts I use in the video are 2 measures. I just used the butter 1 measure (50 g). If you want to have less intermediate cream, you can also prepare it in the amount I wrote above. *** My measuring glass is 200 ml. *** The Cake mold I use is 26 cm.
