This week begins with a brutally hot 10K time trial to see exactly where my fitness is after the break. I also share my plans for this marathon training block and the long runs that will (hopefully!) build me towards my next big goal. To round things off, I line up at a tough local race to test the legs and see where I'm really at. Every run is another step towards marathon season, and now it's time to get back to work.
