Italy Bicycling: Bellagio to Menaggio 4K

Today we will ride from Bellagio to Menaggio in Northern Italy, taking us a good piece around Lake Como, while also passing through the city of Como. The lake will always be on our right side as we take a clockwise route. But first, our ride starts on the ferry in the port of Bellagio. Enjoy a ride through Bellagio old town, early in the morning and not yet crowded with tourists. Our first destination is Punta Spartivento, where two of the arms of Lake Como merge. After visiting this tourist destination, off we are along the main road towards the city of Como, passing through many towns and villages including Lezzeno and Carvagnana. After many hills, many tunnels and many views on the lake, we arrive at Como at the end of the lake. Passing this regional capital, we now return northwards on the other shore, passing through beautiful towns with continued views on water and mountains, until we eventually arrive in Menaggio.
